Payton Breidinger
WHY BLOGGING?
My name is Payton and I've loved to write for as long as I can remember. When I was young, I'd spend hours filling pads of paper with fictional stories. As I got older, I replaced my pen and paper for a laptop and Microsoft Word doc as I channeled this passion toward school assignments like high school English essays. I journaled here and there throughout my teenage years, but developed a newfound appreciation for it during college. At Penn State, I took classes such as Introduction to News Writing, Feature Writing, Creative Writing, Public Relations Campaigns, and Introduction to Advertising that all required me to dip into my creative side and complete
fascinating projects.
Besides writing, I love music and playing the acoustic guitar. What started as a side hobby in the fourth grade has transformed into one of my greatest stress relievers and a hobby that I share with dad, also. I love going to the gym, discovering pretty farms and farmhouses in my hometown, eating breakfast foods, and spending time with my humongous family (though it's not always easy to split time between my six siblings!). I'm a graduate of Penn State's class of 2021, and although my family lives, breathes, and sleeps PSU football - frankly I usually can't be bothered to actually go into/watch the games.

I write about my life, my experiences, my dreams, and my fears. I'm shy and sensitive, yet personable and willing to be brave — at least as it pertains to opening up about about myself on the internet. Thanks for checking the site out and for supporting one of the most personally fulfilling projects that I've worked on.
